Sherleen & Sandra's Yoga Journey

The One Yoga was born out of a shared dream between two best friends, Sherleen and Sandra, both long-time movement lovers, teachers, and student at heart. The journey started with a simple connection, a mutual love for yoga. From taking classes side-by-side, traveling and training together, Sherleen and Sandra discovered that movement was more than just exercis, it was away to reconnect, recover, and rediscover ourselves.

That dream became a reality on December 16th, 2022, when hey opened the doors to the Flushing community. Since then, the team has expanded but our vision remained the same.
