At The One Yoga, We offer a variety of classes designed to support your mind, body, and spirit. We offer a thoughtful mix of yoga, pilates, aerial, and strength-based classes designed to balance your body and reset your mind. No experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to move.

Low Aerial

Aerial Class Offerings

Begin your aerial journey with Low Aerial Yoga. Ideal for beginners, low aerial classes introduce you to aerial poses close to the ground. Classes use low-hanging hammocks to gently support your body in fully relaxing, floor-supported shapes. You’ll unwind with stretches to release any tension, reduce tightness without strain or pressure on the joints.

  • Beginner Friendly

Aerial - Level 1: Build Confidence and Learn the foundations. Level 1 introduces you to the basic of aerial yoga with a focus on safety, proper form, and transitions. You’ll learn how to mount, balance, invert, and complete poses on the hammock.

Aerial - Open Level: This open-level class is designed for a mix of students.. you’ll receive personalized cues and variations to match your levels.

Aerial Dance & Single Point Aerial Dance

Aerial Dance blends aerial technique with dance-inspired choreography using hammock. You’ll learn to move with grace and strength through flowing sequences in the air.

Aerial Dance- Single Hook: The variation of Aerial Dance uses a single-pointed hammock to explore dynamic movement, momentum, and rotation.

Aerial Level 1 & Open Level

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga: A slower-paced, breath-centered practice that emphasizes holding postures with control and awareness. Each pose is approached with mindfulness, allowing you to build strength, balance, and flexibility without rushing.

Alignment Yoga

Alignment Yoga: Focuses on anatomical precision, thoughtful cueing, and intentional setup in each posture. Props, variations, and hands-on guidance (as appropriate) are used to help students find their best expression of each pose. It is especially beneficial for injury prevention, long term mobility, and opening practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is the art of linking breath with movement. It is a dynamic flow session where you’ll explore fluid, build strength, increase mobility and improve balance. Although vinyasa moves fast, it is suitable for all practitioners. Teachers offer variations and modifications so you can practice at your pace and level of intensity.

Sculpt & Strengthen

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, core-strengthening, and posture-improving practice. You’ll strengthen your core, support your spine, and increase body awareness. we use props like balls, bands, and small weights to challenge stability and promote healthy movement patterns

Barre

Barre is a ballet-inspired, low-impact workout that sculpts and tones the entire body. with a focus on posture, alignment, and small isometric movements, this class targets your arms, core, and thighs using light weights, resistance bands, and the barre for support.

Body Sculpting

Body Sculpting Class: High-burn workout designed to tone your entire body. Through a mix of strength training, high-rep movement, with weights and controlled resistance, you’ll target key areas like arms, glutes, thighs, and core.
