Private Offerings:
Pilates, Barre, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hoop, Various Yoga Sessions
A personalized assessment or a fitness screening will be conducted before your first session to understand your unique movement patterns, postural habits, and any specific concerns.
Based on the assessment, a customized class plan will be designed to meet your needs and support your goals, whether its pain relief, mobility, or long-term postural correction.
Sessions may include a combination of yoga, pilates, therapeutic exercise to provide a well-rounded and functional approach. Each session is completely personalized. We meet your body where it is, each time.
In Studio Privates:
Introductory Session $100
Single Session: $140
10 Sessions: $1250 ($125/ session)
20 Sessions: $2,300 ($115/ session)
50 Sessions: $5000 ($100/ session)
